2. Single Session Services

2.2 First Session Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a satisfaction guarantee for first-time clients:
- If you are not satisfied with your first coaching session for any reason, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of the session completion

- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- This guarantee applies only to your very first session with us
2.3 Emergency Cancellations
We understand that genuine emergencies occur. In cases of documented medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to:
- Reschedule your session at no additional charge
- Provide a full credit toward future services
- Issue a refund if rescheduling is not possible
Documentation may be required for emergency cancellations (e.g., medical certificate, official documentation).
3. Package and Multi-Session Programs
3.1 Package Cancellation Before Start
If you cancel a package program before the first session:
- More than 7 days before first session: 100% refund minus any non-refundable booking fees (typically 5% or ¥5,000, whichever is less)
- 3-7 days before first session: 75% refund
- Less than 3 days before first session: 50% refund
3.2 Package Cancellation After Starting
If you wish to cancel after beginning a package program:
- Sessions already completed are non-refundable
- Unused sessions will be refunded at 50% of the pro-rated package price
- Minimum of 24 hours' notice required for package cancellation
- Refunds processed within 10 business days
Example: You purchase a 5-session package for ¥50,000 (¥10,000 per session). After completing 2 sessions, you cancel. Refund calculation:
- 2 sessions completed: ¥20,000 (non-refundable)
- 3 sessions unused: ¥30,000 × 50% = ¥15,000 refund
3.3 Package Session Rescheduling
Individual sessions within packages may be rescheduled following the same notice requirements as single sessions, but the package remains active.
4. Workshop and Group Training Programs
4.1 Workshop Cancellation by Client

If we cancel a workshop due to insufficient enrollment, coach unavailability, or other reasons:
- Full refund of all fees paid
- Option to transfer to alternative workshop date
- 20% discount voucher for future services as appreciation for the inconvenience
- Notification provided as soon as possible, ideally 7+ days in advance
5. Corporate and Custom Programs
Refund terms for corporate training programs, custom workshops, and enterprise coaching packages are governed by individual contracts. General guidelines include:
- Deposit: Typically 30-50% deposit required; non-refundable after program design begins
- Cancellation: 30+ days' notice required for cancellation with partial refund
- Rescheduling: Typically accommodated without penalty with reasonable notice
- Specific terms outlined in written service agreements
6. Special Circumstances
6.1 Coach Cancellation
If we must cancel your session due to coach illness, emergency, or other unavoidable circumstances:
- We will notify you as soon as possible
- You may reschedule at no additional cost
- If rescheduling is not convenient, full refund provided
- For package clients, the unused session remains available
6.2 Technical Issues
For online coaching sessions affected by technical difficulties:
- If session cannot proceed due to our technical issues: full refund or free rescheduling
- If session interrupted due to client technical issues: session may continue when possible or be rescheduled at coach discretion
- Sessions interrupted beyond 50% completion are considered delivered
- We recommend testing your connection 15 minutes before scheduled sessions
6.3 Weather and Natural Disasters
For in-person sessions affected by severe weather, natural disasters, or public emergency declarations:
- Full refund or rescheduling at no charge
- Option to convert to online session if technically feasible
- Safety is our priority; we will not penalize clients for weather-related cancellations
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Materials fees for books, workbooks, or assessment tools already provided
- Administrative or booking fees (typically 5% or ¥5,000 maximum)
- Services already rendered
- Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (e.g., facility rental, specialized equipment)
- Discount vouchers or promotional credits (these expire as stated and cannot be refunded for cash value)
8. Refund Process and Timing
