Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee. Cancellations with 24+ hours' notice will receive a full credit toward future services.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to coach illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer alternative scheduling options or full refunds.
Service fees are as stated on our website or in written quotations. All prices are in Japanese Yen unless otherwise specified.

Late payments may result in suspension of services. Accounts overdue by more than 30 days may be subject to collection proceedings and additional fees.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect services already purchased or bookings already confirmed at the time of the change.
